March - April, annual event

10,000 visitors / 100 participants

Taste Great Southern has been staged for 11 years and recently been upgraded with CMS winning the rights to manage and market the event for a second term of three years. It comprises up to 35 independent events staged over 11 days in Albany, Denmark, Mt Barker and surrounding regions.

Roles for the event includes management of; celebrities, festivals, dinners, seminars, community events, tastings, pairings and more. CMS create the business plan annually being responsible for budgets, marketing and overall coordination.

KPI’s are reported to major funding organisation Tourism WA through the Amazing South Coast.

August, annual event

2500 visitors / 100 companies

Staged on behalf of the Leading Age Services Australia. It promotes products and services for advanced and aged care planning with a focus on ageing well. The delivery of a showcase for the complex needs of seniors has been well received in its first two years.

The inclusions for visitors include over 100 company displays, two seminar stages with noted industry speakers, café and lounge areas with live music on arrival.

Awards evening for 450 people staged at Hyatt Regency Perth

Staged on behalf of the Professionals Real Estate Group now for eight years, CMS manage the event logistics including venue liaison, AV production, visual presentation, script writing, theming and dressing, MC and entertainment, onsite management and direction.


November, annual event

1000 visitors / 30 participants

Staged on behalf of the Public Transport Authority WA. The Family Safety Day brings together the PTA community sharing the value of the working environment and provide an insight into the importance of safety from onsite to the home. With demonstrations and experiences, employees and families are able to interact with the displays, have some fun and grow their understanding of the culture of the PTA. Demonstrations and displays on safety will be the key message with free family entertainment and activities including train/bus tours, train simulator, face painting, balloon animals, bouncy castle, sausage sizzle and more.
